My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were basic but had essential amenities like a mini fridge and microwave, although they seemed a bit neglectfully cleaned upon arrival. The service was a rollercoaster; from a staff member yelling at the pool to the friendly advice given by others. The location was convenient, easy to find off the interstate and felt safe, especially being close to where my son was playing. The dining options were limited, and noise from other guests was a disturbance at times. Overall, it was an average stay with some highs and lows.
